Prana Flow
I designed Prana Flow as a class that has a set sequence, meaning the postures and movements are pretty much the same each time, but the emphasis will vary week to week. The prana flow is in reference to the energetic centers of the body called chakras. By its design, the Prana Flow accesses each of the 7 major chakras. Each week we will focus on one chakra and how it might interact with each of the others, but it's also great to just do the class on it's own.
