Thai Yoga

Welcome to your own completely supported yoga practice.
Thai yoga is an ancient restorative form that combines elements of yoga, ayurveda, and buddhist principles, as well as acupressure techniques. The thai practitioner guides your body through a series of yoga postures, while stretching and compressing along the body's energy lines and pressure points.
The session aims to stimulate energy (prana, chi) through the body, bringing balance to your physical, mental, and emotional state.
The nature of this practice is to allow your body to be moved without action or resistance, which is really helpful in dismantling patterns and habits that keep us blocked.
