Drop-In Slow Flow Series

These classes get the body moving with a nice slow-flow, and then we dedicate time to alignment and structure with a different pose (asana) each week. Expect hands-on assists from me, as well as complimentary exercises that support the themed pose.

Restorative Yoga for the Subtle Body: Grateful Heart

​This month we are focusing on the parts of the body that holds the Heart Center, the heart and lungs, chest, upper back, arms and hands. The subtle energy that lives here is grateful, compassionate, understanding. It holds the parts of us that learns to grieve, that learns to breathe, and where we learn to balance the many parts of ourselves with an open heart.

Mini Yoga Studio

​In preparation for the return of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, I'm offering little quick-studies each week, starting in January! These classes are open to anyone that has an interest in delving deeper into different aspects of yoga, and will span the 4 core compentencies laid out by Yoga Alliance*:
Philosophy and Ethics, Technique and Training, Anatomy and Physiology, and Teaching Method.

*For those that have already completed a 200 hour program, these will count as continuing education credits!

I especially enjoy putting together yoga designed for slowing down and deep relaxation, as well as more in depth study for self-healing retreats and more!

3 Hour Workshops for Groups:
  • Intention: It takes time to set meaningful intentions, and it takes dedication to follow through on intentions. Learn techniques to bring good intentions into reality.
  • Self Care: It's important to be deliberate in the time we take to care for the self. It is such a challenge to bring self-care into routine, and it's easy for it to slip out of practice. Focus on what nourishes you and how to keep it with you.
  • Balance: The way life's energy moves in all directions at times feels like complete chaos. Learn ways to identify energetic imbalances and help energy move in synchronized ways that support your life.
  • Managing Anxiety and Stress: Unfortunately, it's not typically possible to delete what causes stress in our lives. We must learn to cope. We can navigating through the many layers of stress and anxieties to deal with it on a personal and important level, versus just hoping we get through it.
